PLC e PC

All our machines are equipped with at least one PLC and one PC. A modern PLC, thanks to the innate stability of the software, controls the machine and exchanges the data with the various devices whether they are robots, vision systems, or other devices.
PC is necessary: for the SCADA supervision software, to offer the remote assistance service, to generate a VPN with the machine, as well as to interface the operator with the machine and the outside world, thus making our machines Industry 4.0.

AI Machine learning algorithms are available in many of our machines to automatically optimise production processes, thus maximising the potential of the machine itself and ensuring maximum accuracy.

VISION AND CONTROL

All production processes are or can be controlled by different standard sensors, but also by advanced vision systems

HANDLING

Our machines normally use brushless motors for the precise movement of parts, e.g. the movement of needles for the product tracking is carried out by brushless motors that are controlled by AI algorithms and combine the movement of the needle to the upward movement of the product.

SAFETY

Redundant safety devices above the required risk class are installed in all our machines to make the operator’s work safe and the employer’s work untroubled.
